Shipping & Pickup

USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver. 

Shipping Details


PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

***If there is a pre-order in ANY order the whole package will be held until the pre-order arrives. To avoid your other items being held you can place two separate orders.


***If next day shipping ($3.75) is selected and any item in the order are NOT in the next day shipping collection your speed will automatically be bumped to 10-14 business days (also $3.75). Next day shipping items will say 'next day shipping' in the product name.

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

If you have selected "Pick up" at checkout please provide us with your contact information including your email & phone number when completing your checkout. Please note that this CAN take 10-14 business days dependent on the item you ordered, always ask for clarification if you need an item by a certain date!

We will contact you via email or text when your order is ready for pick up in South Huntsville. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will be provided with pickup instructions including pickup address and other directions. 


If you have selected 'Pick Up' at checkout you will be able to pick your order up for free and avoid paying for shipping. Pick up is available in South Huntsville. 

Pick up speed is effected by what you order. Pre-orders often take 4-8 weeks to come in so your items will take 4-8 weeks to be ready for pick up. All items that have 'next day shipping' in their product name are also available for next day pick up. All items that do not have 'next day' in their product name will take 10-14 days to become available for pickup, this is because shipments come every 2 weeks with inventory.

**Refunds will not be provided as a result of your order being available at a date later than you need them. The customer is responsible to be aware of shipping & pick up policy.
