Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at info@shopthe99.boutiqueso we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

PICK UP ORDERS

If you have selected 'Pick Up' at checkout please provide us with your contact information including your email & phone number when completing your checkout. 

We will contact you via email and/or text when your order is ready for pick up in store!

PICK UP SPEED & LOCATIONS

Pickup is available at checkout instead of shipping, this is a free option we offer and most items are available within the hour. Pick up is available at all of our locations.

Pick up speed depends on what you order. Most items are available within 1 hour. All items that say 'custom' or 'pre-order' in their title and/or description will have a information in their description in which you should expect them to be ready for pickup.
