Lost or Delayed Packages

Email info@shopthe99.boutique if your package is lost in transit. We'll file a claim after 15 days for USPS; once confirmed lost, we'll reship available items or issue a store credit.

Note: We're not responsible for stolen packages. If the carrier confirms delivery, no refunds will be issued. Contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) directly. Delays by carriers won't qualify for shipping refunds.

In-Store Pickup

Select "Pick Up" at checkout and provide your email/phone. We'll notify you via email/text when ready, most items available within 1 hour at any location.

Custom/pre-order items follow timelines in their descriptions. Reach out pre-order with questions.

International Shipping

Available at checkout with rates calculated automatically. You're responsible for any taxes/duties.
