Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat standard rate shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

My package is lost or delayed. What now?

Email us at info@shopthe99.boutique. For USPS shipments, we can file a missing package claim after 15 days in transit. See our Shipping & Pickup Policy for details.

In-Store Pickup

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes! Choose Pick Up at checkout and select your store. We will email or text you when your order is ready. Most in-stock items are ready in about an hour.

Where are your stores?

Parkway Place Mall and Bridge Street Towne Centre in Huntsville, AL, CoolSprings Galleria in Franklin, TN, Tanger Outlets in Nashville, TN, and Fayette Mall in Lexington, KY.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Eligible online and in-store purchases can be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

What items are final sale?

Jewelry and accessories, undergarments, bodysuits, bathing suits, and sale items discounted 20% or more are final sale.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on mailed returns. In-store returns have no shipping fee. Start a mailed return from your account. Read the full Return Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Online orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed from your account. After that, orders begin processing and can no longer be canceled.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email info@shopthe99.boutique within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Where do I enter a discount code?

Automatic discounts and discount codes are applied at checkout. Your cart shows your savings from sale prices before any codes.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes! Earn points on every purchase. Learn about rewards.

Fundraisers & Custom Apparel

How do I support a fundraiser?

Shop the fundraiser collection and enter that group's fundraiser code at checkout before clicking Pay Now. The code cannot be added after the order is placed. Shop current fundraisers.

How do I credit a specific player?

For fundraisers that credit players, type the player's name in the order notes box in your cart. To support the whole program, leave the note blank and just enter the code.

Can you make custom apparel for my school, team, or group?
