Comprehensive Program Details

Overview:

Ninety Nine Boutique partners with organizations to offer custom sublimation merchandise through a commission-based fundraising program. All items are designed to be bright, durable, and long lasting, making them ideal for repeated wear and ongoing promotion of your cause.

Fundraiser Structure:

  • The fundraiser is commission based: 20% of the proceeds from each qualifying order goes directly to the partnering organization (team, church, school, club, etc.)
  • Each organization receives a unique discount code to share with supporters
  • When shoppers enter that code at checkout, the website automatically directs 20% of the proceeds from that order to the fundraiser holder’s account

How Orders Are Credited:

  • Supporters must enter the assigned discount code at checkout for the order to count toward the fundraiser and for the 20% commission to apply
  • If an order is placed without the code, the order cannot be modified and proceeds cannot be redirected or adjusted afterward
  • Organizations should clearly remind all supporters to always use the fundraiser code on every purchase

Order Processing:

  • All fundraiser items are made to order, ensuring each piece is created specifically for your supporters. Orders are processed and shipped out daily to keep turnaround times as quick as possible. If a particular size or color is temporarily out of stock, it typically takes 2–3 business days for that item to arrive at the shop, and it will be shipped out the next business day once received.
  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $65, making it easier for families and supporters to save while supporting your fundraiser.

Apparel & Materials:

  • Fundraiser items are typically printed on Gildan brand short & long sleeve t-shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies, chosen for their comfort and durability. If your group is interested in other apparel, additional items can often be added to your fundraiser upon request.
  • Sublimation requires garments with a certain percentage of polyester because the ink bonds directly with the polyester fibers in the fabric. If an item requested does not contain enough polyester, the design will need to be produced using DTF vinyl or embroidery instead.
  • DTF vinyl and embroidery can be offered for special requests, but they are typically more expensive and reduce the overall profit margin, so most fundraisers choose sublimation items.

Product Sizing:

  • Youth sizes XS - XL
  • Adult options up S - 4XL

Sublimation Specifics:

  • With sublimation, the design must be darker than the garment color for the print to show up correctly. Light or white designs on very dark garments are not suitable for sublimation and may require an alternative printing method.
  • This process results in long-lasting prints that do not crack or peel because the ink becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. For best results and maximum fundraiser value, most partners choose light-colored, high-polyester garments for sublimation prints.

Design Options:

  • Ninety Nine Boutique can provide a variety of design ideas and elements tailored to your team, church, school, or organization. If you already have artwork ready, custom designs, or logos, those can also be printed on your fundraiser items!
  • Designs can include logos, text-based graphics, mascots, and other custom artwork, allowing each group to create pieces that reflect their unique identity. Multiple design options can be offered within a single fundraiser so supporters have choices. You can offer up to 50 designs.

Direct Link & Custom QR Code:

  • Each fundraiser will receive both a direct shopping link to their very own fundraiser page on our website and a custom QR code that automatically applies the fundraiser’s code at checkout. This ensures that all qualifying orders placed through the link or QR code are correctly credited to your organization.
  • The QR code can be added to flyers, posters, handouts, social media graphics, emails, and websites, making it easy for supporters to scan and shop from their phones or tablets.
  • Supporters simply scan the QR code, are taken straight to the fundraiser’s shopping page, and the code is applied for them at checkout so the 20% proceeds go to the correct team, church, school, or group.
