Returns Policy

We hope you love everything from the Ninety Nine Boutique, but understand sometimes a return needs to be made. Online and in-store purchases qualify for store credit within 30 days of delivery or purchase, no exceptions after that.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Jewelry & accessories

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, & bathing suits

  • Sale items discounted 20% or more

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags attached-- no makeup, stains, perfume, or smoke odors. Customer covers return shipping.

How to Return

If you’re located near one of our storefronts, you’re welcome to make your return in person-- no return shipping fees will apply!

For shipped returns, go to your order on our website, click “Request Return,” and submit the required details. We’ll email your return label promptly. Please include your packing slip (with your order number & name) in the return package to avoid delays or a 15% restocking fee. Store credit will be issued to the email address associated with your original order.

Damaged Items & Missing Packages

Notify us within 2 days of delivery via info@shopthe99.boutique with photos of damaged items, or if marked delivered but missing. No claims accepted after 2 days.
