Return Policy Information

We hope that you love all of the items you order from the Ninety Nine, but understand that sometimes a return needs to be made.

Online and in-person orders are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date, or in person transaction. After 14 days items are no longer eligible for return. We do not accept returns on the following:

  1. Jewelry & Accessories
  2. Undergarments, Bodysuits & Bathing Suits
  3. Socks
  4. Blankets
  5. Sale Items discounted by 30% or more

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You have the option to receive a pre-paid return label, this will deduct $10 from your store credit. To receive the pre-paid label please email us info@shopthe99.boutique.

Return Instructions

No authorization is needed, please mail your returns to: 2502 Woodhurst Drive SE Huntsville, AL 35803

Include your packing slip in your return package, this slip has your order number and name to ensure a quick return process. Failure to include the packing slip will result in a delay of your store credit and a 15% restocking fee.  ***restocking fees may apply in other circumstances as necessary

You will receive store credit through the email address entered when you placed your order.

Damaged Items & Missing Packages

We must be notified within 2 days of your packages delivery date if an item is damaged, or if your package says it has been delivered and you have not received it. For damaged items please email us info@shopthe99.boutique with pictures of the damage.

After this time period you will not be able to start a return or receive a refund.
